The Johns Hopkins Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) is an educational initiative of the Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology of the Department of Medicine of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The purpose of the Johns Hopkins GWEP is to develop an integrated geriatric primary care health care workforce that maximizes patient and family engagement and improves health outcomes in diverse areas of Maryland.
